TIP: Splatter Free Recipes
Here's a mini tip for all you cookers - To help keep my recipes I am preparing splatter free of food and such, I keep a pants hanger with clips in a kitchen drawer. It holds the recipe I am following and I hook it on a cupboard door handle. This also keeps the recipe at eye level.

That's a great idea -- as long as you have hardware on your cabinets!
Our cabinets are hardware-less, and so that wouldn't work for us.
What I do, is put them on the hood over the stove with a magnet. Also, I have a thing I picked up at a craft store, which is a clothespin glued to a blog of wood, and you just put the recipe in the clothespin.
oops I meant BLOCK of wood.
Gee, I must have blogs on the brain! LOL
Hey, I just wanted to come by and thank you for reading and commenting on my blog.
I totally wish we lived near each other. One, I could use a good drinking buddy and two I have this idea to start up a little side business of this super easy catering idea I came up with.
We could be unstoppable.
